Formed in late 2002, Impulse is Clemson's newest a cappella ensemble. Founded as a breakout group from the membership of Men's Glee, we have performed for audiences on campus and around the Southeast. Our repertoire encompasses various styles of music including pop and classics of yesterday and today. Loved all-over the Carolinas, we're Impulse.

IMPULSE REDEFINES A CAPPELLA, AND ITSELF

Clemson University's Impulse, would like to announce its new status as a University organization, totally independent of the choral department. This change was necessary to continue the advancement of Impulse as an a cappella small ensemble. We look forward to the hard work and advantages associated with this change, but would like to express our continuing support for Dr. Mathews and the Clemson University Choral Department.

ROCKIN THE FOREST '07

February 23-25, Impulse was honored to compete in "Rockin the Forest '07" hosted by the the lovely ladies of the Wake Forest Demon Divas. Impulse took 4th place, and gave an awesome performance. We also enjoyed an great weekend hanging out as a group. Activities included "signs," singing our hearts out several times, and getting lost in the very confusing but beautiful city of Winston-Salem, NC.
